This Yoga Fundamentals course, led by Lotta Jackson, is designed for beginners and those who want to explore yoga in a supportive, small-group setting (max 12 people). Over 5 weeks, you'll learn the basics of breathwork and key yoga postures—perfect for building confidence on the mat.​​​​​
