Where are lessons held?

Lessons are held at the Wiigulga Sports Centre in Sangeet Room 3. The Sangeet rooms are just to the right after you come in through the main entrance.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own mat. If taking part in Pilates, a squishy mat is best, ideally 8-15mm thickness. For Yoga a 5-6mm thickness is recommended.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes that you can comfortably move in. Things with a bit of stretch are good. You may want a couple of extra layers incase the air conditioning is chilly during relaxation at the end of a Yoga class. 

How can I see which lessons I have booked?

How do I cancel a class I have booked?

Please provide as much notice as possible. 

How many classes should I attend per week?

While there’s no one-size-fits all answer to this question, I would recommend three Pilates classes per week to see and feel the results. As with anything, the more Pilates classes you do consistently each week, the better and faster you’ll see your improvements.
