Hatha Yoga
Harmony & Balance
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas) , breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. It aims to bring harmony between the body and mind, by balancing the energy flow (prana - life force) within the body.
The term Hatha is derived from the Sanskrit words for sun and moon symbolising the union and balance of these energies. The practices of Hatha yoga provide the tools to purify the body, quiet the mind, and awaken the subtle energies, ultimately uniting individual consciousness with universal spirit - the divine goal of yoga - oneness.

Yin Yoga
A Deeper Journey.
The passive, long-held Yin Yoga poses give time for a deeper journey to unfold into the meditative aspects of yoga and a bridge to living mindfully.
Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body, heart and mind; the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones; and the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system. It’s a wonderful antidote to modern life.
