Meet Annie
Hello, I’m Annie — a yoga and Pilates teacher, writer and creative with a lifelong love of movement and mindfulness.
​
With more than 30 years of experience guiding classes across Australia, South Africa and the Netherlands, I bring both depth and joy to the mat. My approach blends breath, strength, mobility and alignment with a gentle invitation to reconnect with your body, your spirit and the natural rhythms around you.
​
Alongside teaching, I write simple poetry, take photos of sunlight on water, snorkel when I can, and create sounds, meditations and classes for online practice. I also hold a Master’s degree in Journalism, and enjoy making wellbeing accessible and engaging through words and movement.
​
You’ll find me teaching Saturday mornings at the Wiigulga Sports Complex. I’d love to welcome you to class—just as you are.
